About our editors
  • As Editor-in-Chief of Patch, Brian Farnham leads a force of over 1,000 local editors. Before joining Patch, he held the same title at Time Out New York. He has also worked for a variety of publications both online and off, including Details, New York Magazine, and Sidewalk.com. 
  • On average, Patch local editors have 8.5 years of journalism experience, with over 6 of those spent covering local communities. Amongst this group includes 7 Pulitzer Prize winners, an additional 8 Pulitzer Prize nominees or finalists, and a number of former or current journalism professors.
